Rebecca Romijn showed off her green (fashion) thumb on Friday with her David Koma and White House Black Market looks at San Diego Comic-Con.

The “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds” actress hit her first panel in a jumpsuit by White House Black Market. The belted halter jumpsuit was crafted with twill fabric and featured a pleated wide leg.

Crisscross straps created a keyhole cutout above the bust, while a belt at the waist added definition. Romijn accessorized this look with a Gabriel & Co. diamond cuff bracelet and wore strappy sandal heels for a summery bent.

Later on Friday, Romijn joined the ensemble cast members of “Avengers: Doomsday” wearing a draped dress in green by David Koma. The midi sleeveless look featured a draped fabric, cowl neckline with some ruching on the bodice.

Gathered fabric at the hip continued the draped motif, and an asymmetric slit opened along one leg. Romijn kept accessories minimal. She continued her seasonal footwear streak with a pair of Paris Texas slingback thong sandals.

While green might be a summer seasonal tone, the color saw a surge less than three years ago. During New York Fashion Week in February 2023, green gained traction on spring 2023 runways from Fendi to Michael Kors and Givenchy, among others.

Street style at the time mirrored those runway trends, with Kelly green trenchcoats and coordinated Bottega Veneta bags spotted out and about on the New York City sidewalks. The symbolism behind the color is often associated with rebirth and growth. As Romijn returns to her role as mutant Mystique from “X-Men” franchise with December’s “Avengers: Doomsday,” perhaps her green motif at 2026 Comic-Con held even more significance for a reinvention of her early aughts performance.
